Not in love with your new pieces? No problem — we’ll walk you through our return policy and help you pick something new.

Return Eligibility

We currently accept returns for a full refund to your original method of payment, or store credit for all regular-priced items. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Information

Once we receive your return, it must pass our team’s quality check. If approved, you will be notified via email. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include anything marked as final sale, as well as items showing signs of wear, damage, deodorant or makeup marks, or any alterations.

Luuna The Label reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not fall within our policies.
