Purchases are subject to returns or exchanges solely under our Refund Policy. You represent purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale/export.

Pre-Orders
Certain items may be offered as pre-orders and ship later. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the estimated shipping timeline at checkout. Shipping dates are estimates and may change. You may request a refund prior to shipment in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time you place your order. Posted prices may exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Online prices may differ from third-party or physical stores. We are not liable for shipping/delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products transfer to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services and content are owned by LUUNA THE LABEL (or affiliates/licensors) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for your use of optional third-party tools. Use is at your own risk and discretion.

We are not responsible for third-party content or websites you access. If you leave the Services, you do so at your own risk. Review third-party policies before engaging in transactions.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
LUUNA THE LABEL is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with LUUNA THE LABEL. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and LUUNA THE LABEL. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases and transactions.
