Order Processing
Kindly allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
During launches & promotions, processing times may slightly extend — hang tight!
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, then a tracking number once it has been shipped.

Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Customers Only)
U.S. orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your destination. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Details
Kindly ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate — Luuna The Label is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
If an address error is detected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as Delivered, Luuna The Label is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
